Laken Clanton, FNP-C, is a board‑certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Premier Wound Care, where she is a highly valued member of our clinical team. She brings extensive experience, strong clinical knowledge, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional wound care.
Laken earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors from the University of Tennessee at Martin, where she was also awarded the prestigious Latimer Scholarship. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Austin Peay State University.
She began her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the fall of 2019 at McCoy Medical Wound Care and expanded her practice to include local primary care in 2020. Throughout her career, Laken has been known for going above and beyond for her patients, taking pride in building meaningful, trusting relationships and delivering compassionate, individualized care.
Outside of work, Laken and her husband, Cole, enjoy an active life with their three children and stay involved in their church and local sports organizations.
